Last year, the resistance camp known as the Sacred Stone Camp burst onto the global stage with its historic effort to stop the construction of the Dakota Access pipeline. Today, the camp, now known as the Sacred Stone Village, continues to stand with a variety of projects from supporting other resistance camps, to planting trees, helping youth, to building renewable resource technologies.
Sacred Stone Village founder LaDonna Bravebull Allard talks about current efforts being undertaken.
“It has been more than a year since Sacred Stone was established and we have not stopped standing. Here is an update on what we have supported since camp closed and where Sacred Stone Village is heading. Thank you for continuing to stand with us.”
